Excellent eating as always and the girl who worked the register was very friendly and helpful. she worked on Saturday, 5th February.

Ordered a sub online today at 1 o'clock. I watched the clock at 2:30 a.m. and realized that I had not received my food. I called the load and spoke to a guy who answered the phone, who would then transfer me to what I suspect to be the manager in service. I told her that I had not received my order from 1 o'clock and explained that I had cameras on my house and had no record of a delivery of jimmy johns. she had delivered the sub-remade and me. when I received the delivery, there was a free cookie in the bag with my sandwich! Many thanks to this jimmy john’s location for believe, hear, apologise, solve the, and thank (blast) me for my business. great customer service.
