KFC - Janesville

Last week I ordered 34 famous bowls for my work and janesville kfc made a great job to get everything done and done on time! that was great, thank you.

On Wednesday before 11 o'clock. it was completely empty in the inner while a few cars through the drive thru while we ate. the whole food is hot and as we ordered it. we haven't waited too long for our food. I wish I could remember the names of the employee, but he was really nice and talked to us a little bit. we really enjoyed it. I would come back if I were back in the opposite.

I always liked kfc, but my gf had last night a few chicken wings and she said that she tasted funny and smelled funny. we'll bring them back today so they can do it right. my hair and coleslaw were delicious.

Now, there's this out of this, my food wasn't good at all. the chicken teeth were a decent attempt, but the popcorn chicken was raumtemp and the cookies were cold. the mac and the cheese steamed hot, but had either sat too long or heated again. the customer service was better. All right. if they output a job to a customer who is the order, they might not have confirmed the order? don’t just say “here”.

Took forever to get 2 sides. Cashier very sweet but poor assembly line process happe info there. Clearly no onsite management in the floor or even visible at slightly busy times
