Last time I will order from papa johns. You guys messed up my order not me and than she told me have a good night. She won’t be sending anyone out to fix my order. I don’t want or need a credit for next time, I would like the correct order when I order.
Have not ordered from here in a bit so I call and get a phone center. I could not understand the man at all it took me 15 min to make a order and it was nothing hard 2 papadias and a cheese stick it was horrible he was getting made at me cause I couldn’t understand him keep telling me the address I told him 4 times I know where it is than tells me it’s going to be 15 to 25 mins ok no problem, but we all know in the world we live in these days every where is busy so you know it’s going to be a little longer so I get there there is a big truck taking up the parking lot as I’m trying to go around it an older lady walks in the door there is no where to park so I park in the car dealership next to them, walk up enter the store and there stands the older lady who stands there for 5 more mins before anyone decide to help her meanwhile there are 5 other ppl in the store not a one Welcomed us in or said we will be with you and just a min no one said nothing after the girl helped the old lady she walked away in to the back I waited for someone to help me while they all talked to each other Throwing the dough in the air walking back and getting more dough like I was not standing there finally the girl came back and helped me but just had this look on her face like she hated her job I paid cash when hading my change back she just threw it in my hand I was like ok by the time she brought me my food it already had been 45 minutes. I work in Customer service and I know dealing with Customers is hard sometimes but it starts with you
Over an hour past delivery time i was given. Excuses when i called the store. Oh and shock everything is cold. So cold i had to throw it in over just to get my kids to ear it. For the amount spent this is unacceptable
The call center told me it was going to be 15-20 mins; I waited an hour. They were busy, understandable; but the no glove thing kinda grossed me out. Saw everyone grabbing their drinks, coughing, scratching their face, not washing their hands, and touching pizza. It was a mess. I'm not ordering out anymore, you don't realize what's going on in the back; until you actually see. I hope that's not how covid was spread, just saying. Stop grabbing your masks, and Wash your hands.
When I visited the restaurant, I was greeted by Kaylee, but unfortunately, she didn't welcome me or ask how I was doing. When I inquired about any specials, she couldn't recommend anything beyond what I could find on the online menu. It was quite frustrating, as I expected a more friendly and inviting atmosphere, especially if they want to uphold a good reputation.
