Excellent food as always and the girl working the register was very friendly and helpful. She was working on Saturday Feb 5th.

Ordered a sub online today at 1pm. I happened to look at the clock around 2:30pm and realized that I had not received my food. I called the store talked to a guy that answered the phone who then transferred me over to what I would guess to be the manager on duty. Sounded like a young lady. I told her that I had not received my order from 1pm and explained that I have cameras on my house and had no record of a delivery from Jimmy Johns. She promptly had the sub remade and delivered to me. When I received the delivery there was a free cookie in the bag with my sandwich! Big thanks to this Jimmy John's location for Believing, Listening, Apologizing, Solving the problem, and Thanking (BLAST) me for my business. Great customer service.

Jimmy John's is awesome. The staff is awesome. They are just awesome.
