Kiou Ramen - Japan

This ramen store is one of those osaka, who don't leave you indifferent. the meat is tender and cut well wide, the broth is thick and full of flavors and the noodle is on the finger. Although it is true that the place (like almost all the ramen restaurants) is not elegant is certainly a comforting stop. especially in the winter days.

Esta tienda de Ramen es una de esas de Osaka, que no te dejan indiferentes. La carne es tierna y cortada bien ancha, el caldo es espeso y lleno de sabores y el fideo está al dente. Aunque es cierto que el lugar (como casi todos los restaurantes de Ramen) es poco elegante es sín duda una reconfortante parada. Sobre todo en los días de invierno.
