We enjoyed the tomato soup, chicken pasta, want to garnel, postres and generous juices. everything was delish
I ordered the carbonara not to know what to expect. I really enjoyed it. the pasta was perfect al dente, and the sauce was creamy and well balanced. I found eating a good break from traditional Colombian farewell
Fettuccini alla carbonara is a super simple dish which contains fatty cured meat like bacon, eggs, Romano or Parmesan cheese, and copious amounts of black pepper. Under no circumstances should it ever contain cream. The pasta dish I received reminded me of a lackluster fettuccini...alfredo imitation. It had no black pepper and was drowning in a creamy sauce, which I might have pardoned if it were not so bland; the dish was seriously under-salted. The side salad was really horrendous, which upset me because it was basically a pile of avocados and tomatoes, and I really love avocados. But the salad was drowned in a really horrendously sweet and yet still bland, unidentifiable dressing. I will highlight the good things now: the staff working there is a lovely and happy bunch. They were super nice. The ginger and lime soda I received was good. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, despite the rest of its shortcomings. Although the staff was lovely I don't think I'd return.
We went there and the five of us asked for different meals, all of them were very tasty. One thing that we like is that the place is vegetarian friendly.
