Maligne Canyon Wilderness Kitchen

A terrible experience. eating is in the regular good, noticed the menu changed since April/22. not much menu, eating was cold and serving were small. extremely hot on the dining side....no air conditioning, felt bad for the staff. they brought a bottle of warm water to the table, tables were dirty. we had the brisket sandwich that was hard and much too much BBQ sauce. the meal had to leave a few times salat was devastated and felt as if the salat was left a room temperature for a quiet time. fries were excellent, very tasty. not sure we're coming back.

Our first dinner experience in the wilderness cuisine was excellent and the eating was exceptional. our lunch experience in this time was very disappointing and eating was just okay.

The food was great as is the view. We ate outside but the wasps were relentless so we had to relocate inside. The inside seating is very comfortable compared to the picnic bench seating on the patio.

That's a must in jasper. great ambiente sitting outside with a look at a flow. eating is fantastic, we had the blue cheese salad and beef briquette. a great stop after the tour of Maligne see rd or a hike to complete!

We had a great visit to the maligne canyon wilderness kitchen. the restaurant honored our request to a table with a view (we must sit outside) that was freshly prepared and we had a beautiful server.
