Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Jasper

Been almost 40 minutes and still do not have my drive through order. Tried calling the number to get money back but no answer. Never againEdit. Got food 40 minutes later and get home and order is wrong. Waited 40 minutes on wrong order.

Don't know what to think about this place. Love their chicken but went there twice last week and they had no chicken. They were still waiting on a truck to deliver to them. Hopefully they will get it worked out.

My husband had the spicy chicken sandwich and fries. I had the 8pc shrimp meal. It was fresh and very good! The person who took our order and money was friendly and professional.

I am one of the easiest person to deal with when it comes to the food industry and this opinion may not reflect the staff at Popeyes in Jasper Al. But it definitely is negligence of the corporation. They only had 3 employees counting the manager working the lunch rush. Needless to say they were not working fast but understood since you are short staffed. They advertise strawberry lemonade but said they no longer do that anymore. They charge me for a side of mayonnaise, fine I get it nickle and dime your customers. All those things were inconvenient but it bothers me that this is what they are selling as an 8pc chicken nugget. It is mostly breading and 2 of those pieces are only breading like crackling from the fryer, I asked the manager if this was the typical quality of corporate standards and he said it was so no yelling or getting mad just not gonna subject myself to that again. Short handed staff,chicken taste like it had been cooked since lunch, no cole slaw,hard biscuits but the fries were good.
