The service was absolutely terrible, which completely ruined our meal. To make matters worse, we were required to leave a 20% gratuity for a server who was rude to our group. This gratuity was not mentioned anywhere in the restaurant—neither on the menu nor anywhere else, which is standard practice in most places. When we inquired about it, we were told that it has always been this way, which is clearly not true. The server even had the audacity to claim that "everyone does it." That's simply not the case. If other establishments do add a gratuity, they make it clear to customers in writing. Additionally, the waitstaff in those places usually don’t give diners disapproving looks when they complain about dry, hard chicken or serve rolls that are so hard they could break a tooth. Overall, this experience was very disappointing.

Overall, it was quite good. I enjoyed the food, although the portions were a bit small. I found myself having to ask for refills multiple times, and there were a few mix-ups with our order. However, given that they were busy, I could understand it. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
