Order taking ok dears. Delivery also ok within time. Delivery service is also good. But don't force yourself to bake pizza... it's not pizza, it's something horrible. Whoever says this is delicious, I don't know, hasn't eaten well yet!

What we ordered today was terrible, and usually it is okay , acceptable, but today it was terrible. The fries seemed to have been in the kitchen all day, and when they got to the order, they were thrown back into the oil to reheat. In addition, we had to wait +2 hours to be brought out. By the way, I also had to correct the courier about what we ordered. I hardly dare to start eating. I ordered panzerotti with sheep curd, in which I found about 6 HALF SLICES of sausage, the rest was onion.. There was also a qurrito and an extra portion of sweet potato. At Qurrito, the chicken seemed to be left over from the next day and used up today.. It was our last order for sure. Absolutely ridiculous, this is the last time I’m ordering at Firpo. We ordered a panzerotti, a Qurrito and some sweet fries and everything was a disaster. They needed two hours to deliver the food, the delivery dude didn’t even know which was our order (very unprofessional of him) and the food tasted like trash. I never had such bad food from a takeaway “restaurant”. But let me explain in details: The panzerotti was overcooked, smaller then usual and filled with raw onion, almost no other fillings except for onion, a ton of it. The Qurrito was just disgusting, the chicken looked like it’s been cooked yesterday and re-heated in the microwave. The fries were soggy and cold, look like they forgot them on a table for 2 hours before delivering them to us. I’ve never been so close to puking and I can’t believe how much money we wasted on this disastrous restaurant. They lost a very good customer tonight. The best pizza in Jászberény is here. We have ordered twice so far, both times it was delivered within 30 minutes. The toppings are fresh and very generous, the pizza dough is also deliciously soft. I found them by accident, until now Masik pizzeria was my favorite, but unfortunately, in the last ten minutes of the ordering time on a Saturday, they didn't answer the phone anywhere, fripo was the only one who dealt with them in the last minutes, so we ordered from there and we didn't regret it. They were very responsive to us even late at night, and the young lady who took the order was also nice. It has since become our new favorite place.
