Beautiful place and quiet ambiente with very cheap trips offers: sheesha food fresh juices hot and cold drinks

Decent prices for the service and quality of the places and shisha. I usually go there for quick shisha afternoon. Dont expected luxury place.

Shisha is excellent but service is bad and place is not cleaned well. Also the Egyptian supervisor refused to accept the credit card, he is saying because the money takes four days to arrive from Bank, how bad service.. even it is posted at Entrance they accept visa.

They deserve no stars, this is due to bad customer service and I will explain why: the first time we came here we asked the server if we could sit anywhere, the server replied yes and we sat at different table. Then the waiter asked us to move. We asked for the manager and the manager apologies and said next time he give us best service. Therefore we came today on Oct28 and then the manager came to us asked us to put out the cigar we confronted him, yold him we have no problem what can he offer us? Nothing and we asked for free drinks, dessert or discount he said no. Therefore i would not recommend this place

AVOID AT ALL COSTS,Do not go there with your girlfriend or wife.NO PRIVACY,for private sitting space they charge 100 sar more,quality of food is very bad
