Revival Hall Taproom - Jefferson

This is the best place ever! Tyler and Jacob are my favorite. The food trucks and great selection of beer are the highlight of the weekend. There is no drama. Everyone walks in and leaves with a smile. This is literally one of my favorite local places ever! Thank you!

We were overcharged for beers by the server, Gracie. We only ordered two beers but were charged for four. I'm not sure if this was done intentionally or not, but it has made me lose trust in this place. Additionally, there is no phone number to contact for a refund, so I have to travel all the way back to Jefferson to get my money back. So frustrating!

I went to see a comedy show, which was great. The drinks were excellent too! It's a cozy little spot.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was amazing and I truly enjoyed my visit.

Long review. On Mother’s Day, we went to Revival Hall as we have done so many times before. We ordered at the bar and started a tab. I later would go up for another drink and was told they could not find my tab. The bartender added all my drinks to a new tab the ones we ordered before as well) and I closed out the new tab. I later found out I was charged twice. One the correct amount and one a random charge. I reached out to them via Facebook because they do not have a phone number listed. I explained everything a few times. They provided the receipt for the disputed charge. It shows I was charged 24 dollars, an employee’s discount knocked 12 dollars off, and I supposedly tipped 10 bucks. Guess what I did not do that at all. All the drinks were paid on a different tab, I tipped a different amount, and I got no discount. They charged a total of 22 dollars on a fraud bill. Then the company refunds only 12 dollars because that was the amount for the drink. The waiter added a fake 10-dollar tip and signed my name. This whole charge though was fraud because all my drinks were moved to a new tab. I have screenshots to prove my side. I am very disappointed in the answer from the company and will no longer be their customer. Their waiter charged my card unauthorized, and they seem like they did not care.
