Contribuisci feedbackNew York strip steak was tough and the rolls was over cooked. The service was horrible. We was asked if we needed refills and never got them till another waitress came by.
This was a delivery order and it said your yeast rolls would come with the soup yet two soups only had a total of two little rolls.
Everything was fine except my sirloin steak. It was very chewey. I took 2 bites and left the rest. It was like steak flavored rubber. Clearly a low quality cut. Very disappointing from a steakhouse I would not go back!!!
So we ordered the prime rib and there was no way it was prime. The meat was tough and no flavor. I complained and told the manager there’s no way the cut of meat was graded prime as there’s no marbling. He repaired you can’t see marbling once it’s cooked. I had to show him pics off the internet of prime that should have huge veins of fat.They’re probably using choice to save money and may be letting it cool then heating it back up which is adding to the toughness.
