The best restaurant we have ever eaten at!!!! The best service and food the owner was amazing!!!!

Food was excellent, service very good. Kitchen a little slow at getting the food out but it was worth the wait.

Helmut Steiner waited on us throughout the evening, which was a treat. We spend a weekend near Jefferson City once a year or so always eat our special dinner at the Steinhaus. The food was delicious! Wish I could bring my parents here. The German songs playing in the background plus all the paintings decor remind me of the years I spent living in Germany.

My fiance and I went here on a whim while we were in Jeff City and I am so glad we did!!! The food was amazing but the owner made the night even more special! He greeted us, recommended and poured our wine! He informed us that they were celebrating 43 years of business and we had great conversation with him and he frequently checked back!! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! We will definitely be going back!
