Fuji Japanese Steak House

The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is fantastic! It's definitely worth a visit! The location in the mall is a bit unusual, but overall, it was an enjoyable experience!

My family and I had an excellent experience at Fuji on Saturday evening. The waitress was incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The chef went out of his way to reassure my 3-year-old, who was a bit anxious about the fire. To make it even better, the food was fantastic. Thank you, Fuji!

The food here is absolutely amazing, and their delicious sauce is simply irresistible. My favorites are the hibachi fillet and the hibachi chicken, along with the best crab Rangoon I’ve ever had! I would rank this as the number one restaurant in Jefferson City, Missouri! I always order to go, and the staff is friendly; I’ve never had an issue with my food or order. Thank you for having such a fantastic team!

This was undoubtedly one of the most exciting experiences I've had at a hibachi grill. The sushi was excellent, and the food was fantastic overall. The atmosphere was great, the restaurant was spotless, and the staff was so much fun to interact with. The fish tank was a beautiful sight—I regret not taking a picture because I was completely immersed in the moment. Overall, this has been the best experience I've had all year.
