They included all the necessary condiments in my chili bag without me even having to ask. The food was fresh and hot, and the service was speedy!

The entire team is hardworking and effectively keeps the lunch drive-thru line moving quickly. The staff at the windows were also very courteous. They make a fantastic crew, so it’s important to compensate them well to ensure they stay; they are a valuable support team.

I've often been skeptical about the concept of a square hamburger, but my recent visit to Wendy's changed my mind—especially since they use fresh, never frozen beef.

I went to get lunch and waited at the drive-thru intercom for over 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. When I finally pulled up to the window, there were more than five cars behind me in line, and the staff acted as if there were no issues with taking my order. They were extremely rude and unprofessional, despite the fact that there were plenty of employees standing around in groups. The service at this Wendy's in Jefferson City was unacceptable, and I won't be returning until they improve significantly.
