Great staff good food good service beautiful atmosphere great place for lunch
Root beer is great and loved the ice. My only complaint would be anything I asked not to be on the burger that came to it. I just took it off, but we were one of the only people so it seemed like a simple question. Very friendly service, would eat here again!
I come here alone for the fresh root beer made. The food is also pretty good! My only complaint would be the way the staff attracted and led during my last visit. Don't get me wrong, I totally understand that I want to feel comfortable, but at least some professionalism should be maintained. The outfits that the employees wore were very unprofessional, even for a fast food connection. One of them was in Baggy sweater, another in a tank top and quite short exercise shorts. As my mother, my husband and I were treated, was also unacceptable. We came about twenty minutes before graduation. We just needed a little bite to eat. When ordering the lady told us in the register We close in fifteen minutes, so you have to sit on the side of the restaurant because she sweeps the other side. We had no problem sitting on this side. However, her tone of the voice was not polite and there was no request. We cleaned it, grabbed drinks and then found a place. After talking to my mother and my husband, we decided to take our food as we did not feel welcome. I went to the counter to let them know that we would just take our food, but the employees were too busy talking to themselves and playing on their phones to notice me. I was on the table. It took about ten minutes to finish our food and bring it to us. We ate fast and disposed of our garbage. (We were done at 9:15 p.m. and out) When we got out, the employees told us no word. Not as much as a thank you or a good night. As someone who worked for 10 years in customer service, I understand that dealing with the public can be a driving and exhausting task, but you still have to maintain standards and be respectful. Is it frustrating when someone comes right before closing? Yes, but I was taught that you never rush a customer, whether they come in five hours before closing or five minutes before closing. The whole experience was very repulsive. The food was good, but the staff could use some extra training.
We will definitely be back! Even tho the store looked a little outdated and the drive through person working was clearly just there for the money and didn't have any interest in showing good customer service. the food however was done perfectly done and delish! Which is the main part. The fries and chicken sandwich was super moist and seasoned. The fries were crispy on the outside and nice and soft in the center. I don't recommend the sweet tea it wasn't sweet and tasted old. Those who drink tea will know exactly what I mean with that. So overall a good experience because of the good food.
