Burger King - Jefferson

I received my Whopper Jr. order yesterday and it looked very old.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My order was incomplete and the items I did receive were incorrect. I called to try and resolve the issue, but the manager I spoke to was not helpful at all. They seemed clueless and passed the responsibility onto a younger employee who was clearly not equipped to handle the situation. A good manager would have taken charge and fixed the problem themselves. I have no intention of returning to this place. The service is subpar compared to other restaurants in the area. I would recommend spending your time and money elsewhere.

We ordered two original chicken sandwiches tonight and were very disappointed. When we opened them, we found that they looked unappetizing. They were definitely not edible and not worth the $5 we paid for each. The buns were old and there was nothing on them. This location used to be great, so it's surprising that they would allow something like this to be served.

Ordered 2 of the new Whopper melts. As you can see, what was advertised is not what we got. At least the fries were hot.#update: Did email BK thru app. Got a response from Jessica within 10 min and she took care of everything. So upgraded my stars to 4.

I went to this location yesterday after a hard day of work.I ordered a whopper slightly well done, with half fries, and half onion rings.I was told no, they don't do that.I told the curly red head lady who took my order, that I got half fries, and half onion rings last week when I came here.All I know is when I got to the window, the staff was all at the drive thru window looking at me like I was crazy.I felt very uncomfortablethe same lady who too my order asked me all these creepy questions.Who gave you the half fries, and onion rings?What did they look like?What day of the week was this?What time was this?Was it day or night?I did not answer any of her questions, as it seems like she was on some kind of power trip.So I get my food, and go home, and the food was absolutely unacceptable.The burger was so hard, and so thin, and the fries were cold in the middle.I felt like that was pay back for not answering her demanding questions.There are too many kids working at this location, with know real adult supervision.I really want my whopper meal that I paid for.This was a disgusting experience.Btw, the inside is filthy.I do not recommend this location.Women with red curly hair definitely needs disciplinary action, and retraining.Burger King, HAVE IT YOUR WAY...
