Diamond B's The Franchise - Jefferson

I was a little disappointed that they don't have a sampler of the main Cajun meals, but the waitress fixed me. I have a small bowl of Jambalaya and Canceree. My main part was the cancer poboy. The Jambalaya was spicy, but so good. The Etouffee was different than I used it, but it was delicious. The Poboy was excellent. The claw tails were roasted deliciously and the Poboy overall was better than I expected. The service was also amazing and barely waiting time. The whole experience brings my Coonass seal of approval!

Best bar by far around Jefferson, tx with the most awesome bartenders, food, live bands and wait staff...definantly worth the ride anytime from day....

Very good food. Nice place where we love Ricky Lynn Gregg. Only the people wanted Tequila sunrise no orange juice, which bar does not have OJ.

Best Cajun Food this page of New Orleans!!! Food and service is always on the point. Try the Bayou Bowl!!!

The food here is excellent, the bartenders/waitresses are gorgeous and always so nice, and the ambiance is everything a Cajun place should be.
