Hardee's - Jefferson

Food quality is fine, but the service is extremely slow. I was here for breakfast several times and had to wait about 30 minutes to get in and out more than once. Both times I left were on Sunday and they seem to be heavily underoccupied. On a busy day, where they probably have a huge pre-church breakfast, they should have more staff to support demand. In addition, to observe the workers in the kitchen, they were not coughing at all to get the food quickly.

I don't want to criticize anyone, but the staff at this hardener needs a review of what is and is not appropriate working talk. The manager didn't seem to mind. They made it very unpleasant to wait for my order.

No customers but me. I order 3 spicy chicken sandwiches. It took them 11 minutes, and the chicken was rubbery and gross. Not sure what's going on here, but it sucks. I guess I see why I was the only customer at 7:30 pm on a Saturday.

A year ago it was 5 stars. The last 2 times I have gone the other was incorrect and lines SUPER long. The food was ok . ?

The adorable little girl with glasses was absolutely lovely!
