Taco Bell - Jeffersontown

The service was great, even if they were very busy w/ the drive-thru customers. and the restaurant was so clean. tacos were delicious!

Taco bell in general is great. This location sucks. I've never had a correct order from this location.

Do not… I repeat do not frequent this establishment. Their employees are either to incompetent or simply just do not care. They repeatedly cannot listen/read simple instructions and fix an order the way you ask for it. Don’t waste your money or your time here.

Every time I come to this location the service sucks. Most recent visit I stood at the counter and was not acknowledged by any employee. They just looked at me and kept going about their business. After 5 mins with no help I left. I’ll drive farther distance to go to another Taco Bell next time.

About a week ago we stop by to get some food. I’m not sure if the girl who take my order was having a bad day but, she was very rude; I paid my order and left. Shortly after I notice that I did not have my debit card I went back and this time they have a different crew I guess, because the manager and some other lady were very nice and helpful. She told me I have your card but, unfortunately one of my cashiers used my card to paid for another order. Here is the receipt showing that I cancel the purchase and try to refund the money you should get it in few days if not call me back. So I did and I never got the money back so I went back this time different manager he told me that he needed to check with his boss to approve it. He call me back few days later and say sorry but we cannot refund the money since there is no proof f that this transaction happens! I literally have the receipt and his employees admitted that his cashier used my card to paid someone else bill.
