Unfortunately, they were closed on Sunday. Located inside a residential area, it was confusing whether it was a restaurant or not. I wandered around, only to find the restaurant door closed. It was a waste of time and frustrating to be hungry and lost.
We waited for about an hour. The owner used to work at the Blue House, so the food tasted even better. I have intentions of visiting again next time.
Food is fantastic. Loved the mixed seafood bibimbap but not so much the abalone one. Must order the grilled mackerel! Skin is a perfect crisp with a meaty moist flesh. The sides were fantastic too. I felt so nourished after the meal. They don't do takeaways but were very kind to accommodate when I asked (or rather, pleaded with my abysmal Korean) if I could order the mackerel to-go for my baby girl who was asleep during the meal.
The food here is delicious. My favorites were the mackerel and the black pork rice. We arrived at the restaurant about 30 minutes before opening and got into the queue at number 9. We were seated in the first batch of customers when the store opened. There was still a good amount of parking when we arrived.
