Bernie's Glenside - Jenkintown

I really like some of the foods in this restaurant the poutins, Mac and cheese, and recruited goat cheese are all excellent. But I wouldn't get the crab cake again. The ambience is great. I love the opportunity to sit outside (with heat lamps, if it is colder) and relax the decor. Service is on the slower side, so I wouldn't go if you crack in a time, but the atmosphere makes waiting good. Keep waiting with small children. The interior has so much ambient noise that it doesn't matter to me if they are something impatient. It didn't seem remarkable. But waiting can be stressful if you are not sure how your children can make it.

I went on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty busy, but still the service was great. The food was delicious and good value. I ordered a side of sausages and the Big Guy who came with French toast, 1 pancake, bacon, eggs and domestic frying. I love how crispy the housekeepers were and the portions of the sausages. They also serve alcohol! I recommend a reservation before coming. Also the address on the website is wrong and the gps brought me to a high school. The address on Google is correct. It was uncomfortable and annoying that the business site had the wrong address, but fortunately I didn't have to go far to the right address.

I want to love this place as I say wherever I live. I am in many restaurants (satisfied) and I am aware of the supply chain problems, but that felt a little more than that. They were from many things. Much. I know I don't know the business, but it's worth noting. However, this review is independent of it. Service was fine. Not super friendly or helpful, but not terrible. The food was not great, but truly I felt that the part of whatever Korean noodle dish I got was hard on the salad and easy on the part for which I bought it. I'd give that a 3.5 if I could be honest, but in an effort to go with the business to the side with 4.

My wife and I have gone to Bernie a few times since it is a place where we like to take visitors and friends. I do not think that we have had any negative experiences here when they turn off when they have capacity that can definitely happen, so I would recommend making a reservation before the time when you are looking to dinate in. The good news is that warmer weather means more outdoor seating, which means more total capacity! The food was always good, every time we visited, from happy hour snacks to brunch to dinner, everything always tastes fresh. The atmosphere is also very beautiful, but again, if it is a full dining room, it can be a little loud. All in all, this is a great place with a variety of food/drink options that should work for just everyone!
