Contribuisci feedbackThe Jenks, Oklahoma location used to be the best in the Tulsa area, but my recent visits have been slow and unfriendly. I typically use their app which is efficient, but it wasn't working tonight and the drive-thru was closed by unhelpful staff. The manager, Misty, was rude and unapologetic. I think it's time to take a break from dining at this restaurant.
I ordered a moss burger from Bristow Sonic and it had hair on it when I opened it at home. They refused to replace it. I recommend staying away from this place.
The food at this restaurant is amazing and the orders are always correct. However, the POS systems are consistently broken, making it impossible for me to track my online orders through the app. Although the restaurant displays a number, it does not register on the app. If this issue was resolved, I would give the restaurant a 5-star rating.
Asked twice during the ordering process for freshly produced mozzarella sticks. wait after six minutes, received cold mozzarella sticks. when I press the button again to ask a manager, the representative seemed very annoying. I got my money back without eating and a terrible taste in my mouth.
Went to order some food to take home. My son brought in the plastic rectangle shaped holder for bread and let us know it was inside of his burger. We ordered a footling coney, which was also dry and the dog was overcooked. The burgers we ordered looked smashed down and didn't taste very great. I've had much better experiences at a fast food places but the food was dry and overcooked before noon. I think I'll avoid this place from now on.
