Great staff and amazing food! I think everyone needs to try this place!

We've been visiting here for several years now, and when we visit this area food cart, we ALWAYS order our favorite from one cart but they're closed! So, we decided it's time to find taste new food carts. The ones we're craving for, were not available, so we continue to search . . . until we stopped here, and the BLT sandwiches just lured us in! The service was fast, the owner was attentive, she even stopped what she was about to do, and listen to me whine about other carts not wanting to make things work for us, the REASON why, we're here ordering something that APPEALED to us! Everything was cooked to perfection (to me, the bacon could have been a little more cooked). It had a delicious flavor, lots of lettuce, large tomatoes. Otherwise, the whole sandwich was perfect as BLT could be. We also had Root Beer Float, on which we shared, hubby and me. Oh! I LOVE their fries, and also the Ranch dipping sauce (I tasted it) was delicious! I posted a His HERS BLT photos! For those who think I eat a lot, I don't! I really don't! Every time we go out, it's always HALF, and take home half for the next meal! This to go box, is ready to fit inside our cooler, both leftover fries and my half sandwich.

If you haven 't tried this place...well...you suck. I stumbled upon this cart because the one I came for was closed. Now I 'm glad that he was. It was lunchtime...no lines...and I was hungry. So being the visual eater that I am, I was drawn to the menu pics. The type of things I would make in my own kitchen after 2 or 3 or 9 shots...and a few dabs. As everything looked good, I asked the nice lady working what was good. With a smile of excitement she quickly replied... the chicken fried steak grilled cheese..with eggs and hashbrowns. At that point, there was no questioning what I was getting. I said all 4 cheeses ...she looked back with a smirk and one of those check this s@#t out looks on her face. Told me to give her 5 minutes...cool. less than 5 minutes later and it was finished. She explained that it was gonna be messy...how she layered the cheeses..thus giving me an ample supply of napkins. As for the results of her efforts...PERFECTION! From the toast..to the eggs and hashbrowns...and especially the chicken fried steak. I was shocked that while eating it, it was not that messy. Everything held together amazingly. To the wonderful lady who blessed me with a quite delectable treat....YOU KILLED IT!!! I will be bringing people back...and I will hype you up to every stoner I know. My only regret...I can 't give more stars.

Best burgers in town..... potato salad to die for mmmmm! Just ate there and I’m getting hungry for more lol
