Ordered a half pounder: with Add Big Eye swiss cheese, add red onions, add mayo, add tomato. Got nothing but a plain, dry sandwich. Ridiculous. It's not the girl's at window fault, I have the receipt and it says exactly what I ordered. I think her name was Page, or Patti. She was a delight. But, when your order is wrong, it's a real bummer. It's really really slow at this store and there lot is trashed. No in side dining just drive through

Absolutely love Arby's they have the best mozzarella sticks in all of portland and the beef and cheddar melt is also delicious!
