So glad we finally made it out here. The service was lovely and the food was delicious. We underestimated how filling the baos are. Between the 3 of us we each got 3 baos and shared the yakisoba noodles. The baos also come with a big helping of coleslaw. We were absolutely stuffed. The pork miso baos are our favorite with the beef ones coming in second. The chicken ones were good but had a much milder/cleaner flavor than the others. The noodles were also yummy. My only complaint would be there was a lot of cilantro throughout and it's not my favorite, but I totally forgot to request it all without. We would definitely come back!
The miso pork is really, really good. The yakisoba was not bad, it reminded me of noodles I got in Japan (and most here are not even close), and the buns were pretty authentic! Love their flavors!
I love this place. The buns are killer. So soft and perfectly fluffy with nice hot godliness and texture inside. The other dishes are great as well. As far as ambiance... it's a lunch truck, so it's outdoor, but there's a top-covered patio if you're dining in. They are always sweet. I've only had lovely encounters with the people working there. Really happy I found this space.
Stumbled upon this cart while searching for a late night place to eat at after work. I got the miso pork belly gao buns and they were amazing. The texture was soft and you could tell everything was made to fresh. The meat was tender and paired well with their side of cabbage. The buns too were the perfect texture and fluff, everything was amazing. One of my new favorite places to eat at
