This sister restaurant to the PSU comfort food staple Phat Cart has a similar Asian fusion menu paired with upscale indoor/outdoor dining experience. Excellent food, always fast and friendly. I could eat here literally every day.

Food was made quick. The bulgolgi bowl was delicious. 10/10 would recommend.
