Godfathers is always a must when we go to Portland.
I came a little before noon on a weekday. The employee at the register wasn't unpleasant, but put in the minimal effort into our interaction and was so quiet I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. The place was not clean. The walls were dinghy and scuffed, the floor looked dusty. Surprisingly, the bathroom was decent. The water tasted vile. Even my 7 year old who eats anything wouldn't finish her water. The cups were cloudy and grimy, so I couldn't really finish my water, either.I can't really judge the pizza fairly, because I had to order the gluten free crust, and those premade crusts at every pizza chain are always cardboard and burn quickly, so not the employee's fault. The salad bar was pretty good at that hour, fresh ice and well-stocked.A step below mediocre, but I've been to worse, I guess.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free crust in the small size only, but like all pizza chains, the premade crust is hard, dry, and burns quickly in the ovens. We can send a man to the moon....
Appreciated the friendly service! The Humble Pie was excellent!
Ordered pizzas to go. Got there at the time they said they would be ready and had to wait another 30 minutes even though they were not busy at all. Extremely overpriced. Won’t be going back.
