I sampled $45 worth of goods: cake, pie, cookies, bolo, artichoke danish. I would say the best was the artichoke danish but for $10.50 not worth the price. Passion poppy mango Cake slice $9) a serious disappointment for the price, fruit flavors did not come through at all and it was overly sweet. Bolo was like a dense, undercooked English muffin. Chocolate cookie was the highlight but for $5 I would go elsewhere.Overall: extremely expensive, pretty foods, taste at best mediocre, extremely long wait. Wouldn't return.
A wonderful selection of pasties! The menu changes from week to week—they post the menu for the weekend Friday night and Sat/Sun morning. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, it’s all delicious. If you are wanting something specifically you’ll want to get there when they open at 9 and be ready for a line. I got there about 10 minutes before and there were already people waiting. It’s worth the wait though and everything is amazing!Dietary restrictions: They have available vegan pastries.Parking: There’s a small parking lot that had spaces available when I was there.
I was a first-timer to Jen's today. Here are my thoughts:Food:Morning . A bit dry.Almond Pumpkin coffee cake Chocolate coffee Everything else:We got in line at 9:30 and waited for about 45 minutes. By the time we got to the front, more than half of the menu was sold out including all of the cruffins. Bummer. With how busy they are now, I'd recommend getting there by 9:15 at the latest if you want the full selection. The service was very friendly and once we ordered we didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for our food to come out. I will definitely return as long as I can get there by 9:00.
Delightful baked goods! expect to wait in line as soon as they open. they have been selling out lately so check Instagram for an updated menu. since the atmosphere was wait in a line outside, it left a lot to desire. hopefully they can expand to a store front as they are able to!we enjoyed the whipped feta danish, sausage gravy and biscuits, berry apple pop tarts. the cheddar rosemary biscuit was alright. I can see Jen's bakery going far with some time.
Plain croissant was solid, but I found the kouign amman with fruit to be very dry.
