Lechon - Jennings Lodge

Lechon always delivers, definitely a lil expensive but totally worth it. The Nikkei-Style Kalbi Beef Short Ribs* are to die for, so juicy and wonderful flavor, and the Brisket Empanadas* I shouldve ordered 10 of em, I could just keep eating them. The aioli they come with is so good too.

Outstanding food. Each dish was better than the next. We especially enjoyed the empanadas, foraged mushrooms and the bone marrow with bread. The scallops were fine, but pricey for what it was.

The Brisket Empanadas* are to die for. Get extra sauce. Also the Elote* corn is amazing.

Every was so good! Im always happy eating food from LeChon. I bought the flank steak, farmers salad and the banana caramel pie. So good!

The 4 Vermicelli Dumplings* were a disappointment. Nothing special, which is what I’d say for the Brisket Empanadas* and Short Rib Baocitos. It was perfectly adequate but definitely overpriced. I feel like I was tricked by a hypebeast. Oh well. Sometimes you win sometimes you lose.
