I live within walking distance and I wish we had better Indian food in the immediate area:(they are often out of pita bread in the buffet which, like, yeah they can’t even do the bare minimum. India house on Hawthorne is really good if you want some good Indian food
My review is solely based on the food which I ordered via postmates during a particularly busy workday because my standby Indian restaurants were all closed from 2—4 pm. On the delivery side, it’s 5/5 stars. But I’m a brown person and I came here to review the food specifically their Palak Paneer (Saag Paneer? I can’t remember what they are calling it today) and the Butter Chicken. It’s bland and it just seems like they wanted to run everything through a blender and purée it for their elders or … – show
Nice people but the food is incredibly bland. My Navratan Korma tasted like a Midwestern soup and naan was like wonder bread.
Look forward to eating here anytime. Their chicken curry sauce is soooooo good. Good vibes from the employees.
