New Cascadia Traditional

Unbelievably delicious and well textured gluten-free baked goods. My new favorite vegan donuts and bagels. If they had more vegan pastries and vegan breakfast sandwich options, I'd be here every day!

New Cascadia is seriously heaven sent. Sometimes there are lines. And you can hear it in everyone's voices, how happy they are to be able to buy some well made gluten free foods for once. Gluten free baking is tricky. I make my own blends, and have to keep about 20 different types of flours/starches in the home to make that possible. And I lack the ovens to make what they make. Most store bought stuff has the cheapest flours/blends, because it's not cheap to mass produce foods for a niche marke … – show

Quite possibly the best gluten free donut in the country. Outstanding bagels.

It’s an ok place. Nothing that stands out. Nor the bagels nor the coffee.

Hands down, the best pizza I have had since adopting a GF diet. We took two pizza doughs to go, as well as a gorgeous GF baguette. Their GF peanut butter cookie was heaven! Definitely love this spot and wish there was a N Portland location.
