Excellent service. Food options are somewhat limited but of high quality and very tasty

So delicious! I got the chefs choice cheese and meat boards. I am not a fan of liver so that isn't something I can speak to. The cheese was excellent and just what I was looking for in a cheese board! Some brie, a nice Bleu cheese, some funky and tangy cheeses and a nice creamy one too they were great choices and a type of cheddar of all that wasn't my favorite and didn't seem to go well with the board. Wife and I decided to try something new for dinner. We dined at Olympia Provisions Public House. Had the chef’s tasting menu. The food is small farm and locally sourced. Each dish had its own unique flavor. Only the freshest ingredients used to prepare each dish. The hospitality service made the entire dining experience pleasant and enjoyable. Whoah…amazing everything. All their salami's were super rich and flavorful. The ham was a big hit and everyone at Thanksgiving demolished it. Everyone was impressed. Their sour krout is on another level.
