Sissy's Beverage Emporium

I had just recovered from a cold and needed a pick me up and went for the Sunday Paper! So delicious and really gave me the morning kick start that I needed!

I've only ever had coffee here, but my partner gets the smoothies, and we both love everything. The NoPo Mocha is a revelation. Also, the milk isn't steamed within an inch of its life, so your hand won't immediately fuse to the cup it'll just be perfectly ready to drink.

Got a yummy little pixie dust strawberry lemonade at the ren faire ? the two gals running the stand were so sweet, top tier service great drinks!

I've lived in the area for a while but only recently tried Sissy's a few months back (they open/close earlier than the other carts and so I always missed them when I went later in the day). Sissy's is now my go to! Especially on hot, sunny days. The Green Dragon is my fave, and totally turned me over to the dark side of putting spinach in smoothies It's the perfect blend of sweet, tart and spicy from the ginger and cayenne.Super quick service, great prices and the consistency of the smoothies is always on point. You almost have to let it melt a little bit before diving in, which I appreciate. Some other places turn out watery smoothies that are more like extra cold juice, but not Sissy's. Love this place!!

Excellent smoothie options! Today I had a honey lavender cardamom iced drink with almond milk and a splash of half n half. It was perfect for the hot day. So yummy
