Supernova Vegan Sellwood Cart

If there is a better sandwich than the Space Cowboy ANYWHERE in the world, I haven't tasted it. Don't forget the side of mac cheese. And napkins--you're going to need LOTS of napkins!

Space Cow Boy sandwich on ciabatta was delicious. I only wish they would add a nice slice of tomato,, onion and lettuce that would knock it out of the ball park for me. I also got the Ceasars salad small thats was good too. I requested avocado and they charged me $2 for it but forgot to put it on my sandwich. Overall very good. The menu is limited and every thing is a bit pricy. But i guess no more pricy then similar places in Portland. A solid place for yummy vegan food. Coming back for sur … – show

I had their Mac Cheese, BBQ Tempeh steamed broccoli and it was delicious! Perfectly steamed veg with a bit of crunch, banging Mac cheese. I will definitely be coming back.

My daughter spouse ordered here and my son I ordered from another place. Supernovas food is so good, my son and I regretted not getting our own. We all devoured their food. My kid who cooks her own cheeseless Mac said this is the only other vegan mac she'll eat that's not from our kitchen. Great job!

Tasty, unpretentious meals from a friendly cart. The menu is like five or six entrees and eight or nine desserts- which is the right ratio in my book- and everything is superlative in flavor and generous in portion, with the mac/tempeh/broccoli as standout. Street parking has been easy.
