Great birthday dinner. This is the place my son and I go for sushi. Everything is delicious.

I wavered on a 4 or 5 star review, but landed on a 5 because I only have one complaint, and everything else was perfect. Service was attentive and quick and the sushi oh, the sushi… So delicious. The chefs know what they're doing. All the flavors meld so well together, it was all spectacular. I absolutely love this spot. The vibe, the food, the staff… all an absolutely wonderful experience. This is by far my fav sushi spot in PDX.

2:09 on Saturday afternoon, place was hopping, hostess said we can only order takeout. Back to reliable Maru.
