Whoever is working that drive thru intercom has no business being in customer service. She is incredibly rude and was audibly annoyed by me just being there ordering food.

Not once, not twice, but EVERY time i have gone the service has been absolutely trash; and EVERY TIME i have been screwed one way or the other on my orders. i went back to try and give another chance (i like the chicken sandwhich ion know). KFC never fails.. to disappoint. What is wrong with y’all?

This has to be the worst crispy all white chicken I've ever eaten. I don't think they've changed the frying oil in weeks and tasted like it, the only positive was it was hot. I threw most of it away. My son in law had a chicken sandwich told me it was good. Won't eat at this location again when we're traveling.

We drove up saw a worker inside. Went to the door, it was locked the worker was nowhere to be seen.

Cashier was warm, welcoming and extremely friendly.Thanks for the Welcome to LA visiting from Florida.?
