Contribuisci feedbackI just usually get coffee thru the drive thru, but they are always efficient and friendly. Even when there is a line, you don't have to wait long to get waited on.
Went in at 7:00 Saturday morning to get 6 doughnuts. Its just my wife and me so 12 are way too many and 6 provides a little snack throughout the weekend. They stated they didn't have half dozen boxes and said they needed to bag them because the manager told them that a dozen box could not be used for a half dozen. I indicated that stacking them would ruin the toppings but they were not concerned. I did get a half dozen and they bagged them. Sure enough, the toppings were partially removed on all of them. Of course we ate them, but we really didn't get what we paid for. They should of used a solution to their problem that didn't damage the product.
It’s pretty sad when you purchase an iced drink and food then ask for a cup of ice, and are told you will have to pay for additional ice. I would think Dunkin would appreciate my business and not have a problem giving me additional ice. It’s not I went in there didn’t order anything, $10 order, then told can’t have more ice. Sorry Dunkin!! Sad customer service! Not sorry
Do better Dunkin! Came in and waited for a bit for anyone to acknowledge I was there. Was handed a matcha latte thats not even green. The inside was dirty and unkept. Safe to say I will not be coming back to this Dunkin location.
I would leave zero stars if I could. Service is awful. Young man that works in the morning needs a serious attitude adjustment. Will never visit this establishment again and i suggest others be aware of it
