$12 for an bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, plus small coffee. Coffee was stale. But it was the sandwich that made me come here to write a review it was horrible. I asked for hot sauce, they soaked both sides of the bread with hot sauce. It was inedible. Threw most of it away, too hot. Now my mouth is on fire and my stomach is turned, which is not a pleasant feeling at 8am. Gross. Don't come here.

They don't know what they are doing here, I emphasized that I wanted unsalted butter with the dozen and half bagel that I ordered for delivery, when I was ready to sit down and eat the bagel with my family, I discovered that the butter was not only salted but heavily salted despite the fact that I don't eat salted butter. I called up the store and they started transferring me from one person to the other and they ended up hanging up the phone on me after wasting $38.46 on this business.

Bagels are good but $1.75 per bagel and $16 per pound for cream cheese?!6 bagels and 1/4 lb. Veggie cream cheese was $14.50. A bit much for sure. Other bagel places are not as pricey and are more reasonable.

I used to place my orders by texting with a scheduled send from my Android phone first thing in the morning, as it took them ages to prepare my food. This was a decent solution for a while. However, recently their system has been failing; sometimes I don't receive a text confirmation, and even when I do, my order isn't ready when I arrive. I've been late to numerous events because of this place. I really want to support a small business instead of relying on the awful delivery services, but their poor service is making it increasingly difficult for me to keep coming here!
