The exterior of the chicken patty feels somewhat soft and lacking in crispiness, similar to the texture of a McChicken. The breading might not have held its crunch as well as expected, which can make it less satisfying for those who enjoy a crispy coating on their chicken sandwiches. It might lean towards being slightly mushy or overly soft, which can be off-putting to some individuals who prefer a firmer and juicier chicken texture. The bun was near falling apart. The size of the chicken sandwich is on the smaller side as well. The onion rings were fair, nothing special at all. They give you plenty so it justifies the price.
Was craving some good southern fried chicken and ended up finding Cayenne, they did not disappoint! Chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside and the hot spice definitely delivers.
I love the chef who designed this brand. Did you know that she worked at Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill? That means she knows her spices and it shows! Such incredible chicken sandwiches.
