Getting a refund is a hassle; you have to call a call center, and they only refund the cost of the items, excluding tax and delivery fees. So, in the end, I ended up paying $14 without actually having lunch. I really love Chick-fil-A and their service is usually top-notch, but this location definitely needs some improvement.
I ordered online, and the turnaround time was impressively quick. They handle takeout orders efficiently, and everything feels well-organized, even for a fast food place!
The service is extremely fast, and it helps me tremendously when I am in a hurry to my college class or to my job let's say. It takes les than 2 minutes for your food to be all set for you to take.
This restaurant is a complete disappointment. There have been several occasions when my food arrived without any sauces. It's unbelievable! I ordered two full meals, which should have included more than 10 sauce packets, yet not a single one was provided. The food is simply unappetizing without sauces.
