Chipotle Mexican Grill - Jersey City

The portion was so small servings were not right and the guacamole was brown. it's better to be in the store to see it because delivery is like you get what you get.

The rice was still hard and there was hardly and chicken in my chicken burrito Burrito Bowl. I can't even eat it smh

I got more sour cream on both orders asked for brown rice got white rice instead and the bowl was very stingy light mostly sour cream

The chips never came. The burrito was really small. But everything else like the burrito bowl was good

I’m unsure who is the management but the people working here lack customer service skills. If they are to get a job that includes talking to customers and they don’t like talking to people then this job is not for them. It’s 9:10 pm and they stated they don’t have certain items because they don’t want to use whatever they have prepped. This store closes at 10pm. There is one employee who told the customer before me not to get the brown rice because it’s hard. I followed suit and he stated that there is no rice. Presentation is horrendous and they have a dirty store.
