City Diner - Jersey City

I love this place as I enter, the environment and design is absolutely amazing. It was full of people and I understood why. I just get a breakfast, me and my friend, and it was delicious, also they have a lot of great options for breakfast and safe for lunch or dinner. The attention by waitress was good and faster. Good time, too. Very recommended.

I highly recommend this restaurant! I went for breakfast, and both the food and service were outstanding. I absolutely loved the French toast—it was hands down the best I've ever had. The bread was sweet and crispy, complemented perfectly by the delicious apple cake. Our server, Arlene, was incredibly attentive and friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

Sharing a celebratory luncheon with my nephew, family friends. Congrats to my nephew for graduating Rutgers University-Newark with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology minor in Creative Writing. City Diner is near the Jersey City waterfront. A beautiful day for a walk after lunch! I had a delicious BBQ rib sandwich, fries French onion soup. My nephew's girlfriend who is from Arkansas, tried the Jersey disco fries, which she claimed was delicious. Service was exceptional!

This places is the best! Highly recommend and encourage you to try it out. The menu is great. I also stopped for breakfast and it was fantastic. Lots of food. You won?t leave hungry.

The breakfast quesadilla I had was so good!!!! I am still thinking about it. I wanted a margarita it they made me something close to it. I really enjoyed the service I received. My server was very attentive and knowledgeable and I appreciated it! I went in the afternoon and it was pretty slow which I did not mind. I will definitely return here for another meal.
