Deccan Spice - Jersey City

Could continue to eat, I ordered the chunk tikka masala and it was extremely oily so much I had to wash out the oil on the sink and use it another plate to add only what was left of the sauce. I was really excited to eat Indian food after moving to nj, but first experience was really bad. the rice too oily, the samosas are in order, but the outside of it is salty, not sure what it is covered, but its not necessary. the mango leti was great. honestly not worth the price, especially since it doesn't even come with rice. also on uber eats says it biryani adda, but online it has another name under this address? but this is the address from which my job came.

I have ordered so much food from them several times in the last 4 years, they should be able to find a good review from me earlier. we moved away from jc and picked up dinner tonight because I remembered it was good earlier. the huh 555 was completely clogged, but I would have given them another chance if it had not been for their terrible customer service tonight. they asked me to bring that food back and only then would they replace it with a fresh batch. I said I live 12 miles away and did a 25 miles drive just to pick up, they forget every sense of appreciation that man said he could do nothing, although I have been a long time ago. so much that work in jersey city, we have often also made company orders. I mocked him by asking if I had tasted eating on the streets before he would go back home, he actually said yes? I am angry and amused at the moment. talk about people in the restaurant business do not know basic customer service!

Sorry about writing a bad review . Completely disappointed with your deccan special biryani.Never ever will get any food from your restaurant.I had just 10% of biryani and thrown rest in the garbage. You guys charging like a huge amounts why don’t make customers happy with some taste.Waste of my money with empty stomach.
