Incrediballs Food Truck - Jersey City

At work, we've recently started bringing in food trucks to our cafeteria, and one of them is incrediBALLS. I tried four different types of their meatballs, and I enjoyed them all! However, I highly recommend the Báhn Mi meatballs—they were delicious! The pork meatballs come with carrot cauliflowers and are topped with cilantro sriracha aioli, accompanied by a side of coconut rice. I also sampled the Italian, Swedish, and Buffalo Chicken meatballs. They were good, but the Báhn Mi definitely stands out as my favorite.

The food is absolutely amazing, especially if you're dining at Corgi Spirits. The Banh Mi Balls are a must-try—they're the best!
