Kfc - Jersey City

I always experience missing items with my orders from this KFC in Communitipaw every time I order through Uber Eats.

I don’t even know where to start. I've ordered from this restaurant through UberEats twice in two different weeks, and each time I received the wrong order. Today I ordered three combos, but only got two, and there were no drinks or sides included. It's completely unacceptable. I really don’t understand what’s happening—it’s just so disappointing. If I could give a zero-star rating, I would.

Terrible service! The staff was rude, and they added extra plates without giving me any sauces. This was my second visit, and I will definitely not be returning to this location!

I ordered a family dinner and specifically requested no thighs. I asked for at least one extra breast, but the manager told me she could only provide a hand and a wing instead. That was really confusing, but I took my food and left. It seemed like such a straightforward order, and I didn’t want them to mess it up. I chose KFC because my mother preferred it, and it was nearby.

Every time I place my order, they give me the wrong cuts of chicken. It seems like they don’t have a good understanding of their menu, which is surprising for a chicken restaurant.
