Miss America Diner - Jersey City

As Hoboken residents who have visited both Malibu and Spa Diner (which have since closed), I have been on the lookout for a good diner nearby. My friend discovered Miss America through a quick Google search of the best old-school diners in the area, and it was highly recommended. We made the short trip to Jersey City and were pleased to find a convenient parking lot. As soon as we entered, we were greeted and seated, with hot, fresh coffee promptly served to us. The staff was exceptional - friendly, attentive, and efficient. The food was delicious and only added to our positive experience. Special mention to our server, Mary, who always wore a smile and made our visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this diner to anyone in the area.

One of the best diners I’ve been to. No frills diner food that is delicious. Reminds me of my favorite diners from back home.

The food seems a little old. Bread hard, meat not as fresh as I expected. Some items I wanted was not there. The people were nice but the food could use a lot of improvement.

My family always seeks out any restaurant owned by these proprietors. The food is consistently delicious and reasonably priced, and their burgers are exceptional.

I was completely satisfied with my dining experience. The portions were generous and the service was excellent - everyone had smiles and seemed to work well together. The restaurant was clean, including the restrooms. We definitely plan to return.
