The beer selection can be a bit confusing, particularly when it comes to what's on tap versus what's available in bottles. Compared to other bars in the area, I would say the selection is decent. The fish and chips I ordered were delicious and came in a generous portion, and the tempura-battered banana peppers were unique and enjoyable as well. Overall, it’s a nice, relaxed bar atmosphere.
This is another great sports bar for watching your games. It can get quite crowded during Jets and Giants games. The food is typical bar fare but tastes better than average. There are plenty of drink options available, and the service is decent.
Food: In terms of bar food, PJ Ryan's offers a great variety of bar food thats decent in quality. Its not OMG worthy but definitely decent enough. Service: The service here is great. The bartenders are very active and are constantly checking to ensure that you're not waiting around too much. Ambiance: This is a definition of your local bar. It offers a lot of TVs, outside seating area and just a great bar experience. Cost: The beers are like $6 each and so its very reasonably priced.
This is my favorite local dive bar. They have a great taplist and really good nachos. Enjoy it on a quiet weeknight if you like the dive bar feel.
