Really cute place with well awareness of veganism. Gotta say they have nothing special for breakfast which is disappointing. Good place for studying during the day, plus they have live concerts every week which is also extremely cool.
This lovely café is one of my favorites in Jerusalem. It has its unique personality, it is lively throughout the day and it has a great variety of tasty dishes for vegans, clearly marked on the menu and even appearing on a separate vegan section. The vegan breakfast is to die for, offering one of the best vegan omelettes I have ever had sided by many delicious dips and a salad, and another top pick is their special warm peanut butter sandwich, which is a masterful creation of the chef, in my humble opinion. The hot drinks of course can be served with soy milk. My own favorite is the coconut liquor coffee or the Indian chai.
We visited a lively restaurant with a variety of vegan and gluten-free choices. We tried the tofu shakshuka and beyond burger, along with their tasty bread options in both regular and gluten-free. The shakshuka was very flavorful and came in generous portions. For dessert, we indulged in apple crumb pie, Nutella pie, and other vegan treats, all served with vegan ice cream. Be prepared for large portions and delicious food - make sure to save room for dessert!
This is the perfect spot to dine with a diverse group of eaters. I visited with friends who eat everything, as well as a vegan and myself, a vegetarian. We were all pleased with the menu offerings and left satisfied with our meals.
